PHL-18/21
is the flagship of Turret's precision high speed lathe
product line. Its heavy duty headstock and bed
structure is capable of handling the both the heavy
duty and the precision finishing of medium size parts.
Like the THL-1550, the PHL is also equipped with the
fame Matrix Clutch system for quick, trusty spindle
response. It also has the headstock pressure lubrication
pump system to minimize the noise and thermal expansion
in the headstock gears and spindle assembly. PHL can
also be equipped with the "Automatic
Reverse Leadscrew" system for quick thread
cutting, which saves incredible amount of time and
effort in cutting long threads on shaft parts. You
never have to look at the thread indicator again!
