Yes.  Turret can provide installation and training for the delivery of the special or complicated turning systems.  Our experienced and knowledgeable engineers can make sure the delivery 

Q : Do you have additional literatures to send to interested customers?

Yes.   Please send your request for literatures by e-mail, fax or phone.  And we will rush the turret catalogs, CD-ROM, and quotations to you.   

Q : Can I get a customized lathe to suit my application requirement?  

Yes.  Turret has extensive knowledge and experience in customizing turning equipment.   Our engineering team can take care the most demanding request from our customers.   Whether it is handling automation, multiple axis, or heavy duty turning, we can meet and exceed our customer's application request.

Below please find the estimated shipping time from Taiwan to the different regions of the world.  Shipping time will vary according to the the final destination port.  

Q : How can I get the machine shipped from Turret to my country?

Turret will arrange the shipping from Taiwan via FOB or CIF terms.  When the goods arrive at the customer port, the customer can contact their custom broker and shipper to retrieve the goods.
